Hi Jeff,
I fished there when the mouth opened last month. I hiked out there and was fishing from shore. I did see a few come in as I was there a few hours after it broke (great luck as I was driving up to the smith myself at the time and saw that it opened from the highway). I didn't catch anything, but I did see a few so that leads me to believe a lot got in!

Al,no not me lol,but i used to fish there every so often on the way to the smith. i live in hawaii now but love to look in on my favorite haunts. have you fished it lately Al?
