Convict Lake over the Labor Day weekend was fair to good. Wind really put a dampener on fishing. Inlet proved to be the place to try and catch some quality bows. Powerbait proved to be the best bait to use. Setting your bait in about 30-40 ft proved to be good results. We hooked five bows (ranging from 10-12in) in one hour. Afternoon bit was the best bet.
