stripper fishing, the fresh water hand book shows that you can have zero bag limit. but I see stripper being taken out all the time. what is the regulations I was told no steelhead catch and release but stripper is two a day? Any input.

There is a group that is doing a lot of work at making the streams around there good fishing. They need support to keep doing it.
