I usually just fish by the big bridge, next to the boat ramp..no weight just a big glob of chicken liver. Leave the bell open unless you got a clicker, put a piece of paper or somthing similar between the last two eyes, on the line and make sure it's barely heavy enough to hold your line down, And let it sit, I've caught cats up too 20-25 pounds like that....more

Blown out. Really muddy with more rain expected tomorrow night. Something was said about there being some fish around Johnson's Beach but it will be awhile before it clears up enough to get serious....more
