We spent a wonderful sunny day this past Friday on the North end of the lake with David, the guide, and his blue bass boat. We were using 4-6" worms and a split shot about 12-16" above it. The guide caught two nice sized bass, one small mouth (5 lbs.) and one large (3-4 lbs.) right away within the first hour. Later we caught another 8 fish that were a mix of smallies and large mouth in the 10-15" range. It was a beautiful day and they were beautiful fish....the spawn should begin soon though.
