I was thinking of going fishing tomorrow, and cant deside on going to sandy, or eagle creek in estacada. Can anyone give me any tips.

which eagle creek are you talking about? The one before estacada or the one near Boneville dam?

I hooked an average fish there a few weekends ago, just below the fish ladder. I used a double egg fly in cheese color covered in pink yarn(sparse). I used #8 leader and was right on the bottom.

Very nice! I love Eagle Creek. I've never actually fished it but I have hicked up it about 6 miles. There's a waterfall you can actully climb behind. One of the most beautiful trails in the Columbia Gorge. Thanks for the report Brooks.
