I hooked an average fish there a few weekends ago, just below the fish ladder. I used a double egg fly in cheese color covered in pink yarn(sparse). I used #8 leader and was right on the bottom.

Very nice! I love Eagle Creek. I've never actually fished it but I have hicked up it about 6 miles. There's a waterfall you can actully climb behind. One of the most beautiful trails in the Columbia Gorge. Thanks for the report Brooks. |
