Beau, I did some searching around and I didn't see anyone giving away information on particular spots. Of course it's going to totally depend on what you're trying to catch but I would recommend going to the local fish shop and asking around. It's a great river.

Tualatin river has nice abundant populations of Bass, Crappie, Catfish, all types of sunfish, trout, steelhead, and salmon. The best bet is to use worms with weight, the river is a snagging nightmare the bottom is filled with sticky spots to loose your rig. Frequent rigging is overshadowed by the sure volume of fish
