TO EBRAKER, MOST OF YOUR BEST BLUEBACK FISHING IS AROUND TURNIN DOWN BOAT RAMP, TROLL FORD FENDER WITH A SHORT SNELLED HOOK OR WEDDING RING AND A WORM 30 TO 40 FEET BEHIND THE BOAT WITH 1OZ OF WEIGHT, REMEMBER YOU CAN ONLY KEEP 2, GOOD LUCK

Hello Scott-
we intend to be on the water Thursday- Friday-Saturday while staying at the RV park- also enjoying the ChowderFest at Florence. Were you using plugs-Blue Foxes- or C/P herring? With or against the tide?-

Fished the incoming tide with plug cut herring today and had some luck. Got one real nice one to the boat but it rolled and the hooked popped. We need more experience netting. Had two other drive byes in the area just up river from the barges. My friend landed one by the Siuslaw Marina. We were fishing 6 & 8 oz cannonballs just off the bottom.
