The problem isn't the nets it's the fisheries management, There are alot of nets in Alaska they don't have this problem . I'm a gillnetter and a hard core steelhead fisherman to I see both sides and blame the mngment. it sucks.

need to go to falcon meetings next year to change things

Fished for Silver before the rains but nothing was happening. It might be too late by now, who knows. Queets was fairing quite well before the rain. Might have heard a report about Steelhead already showing. shhhhh
