I have a 17 foot canoe and therefore I am looking for somewhere I can fish for bass without too much boat traffic going on around me. I am from the Midwest, living in the Sandpoint area, and not very familiar with Seattle yet. But I am sure interested in learning the WA fishing laws, and then, while I do practice catch-and-release fishing too, I would like to fry up a meal of legal fish for the table now and then too during season. Any advise on finding smallmouth or largemouth bass fishing would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Jerry
