The method at Tokul Creek is simple. Slinky or lead weight, about 8 inches to a foot of leader and then a 1/0 hook with a bit of yarn. Drift fish Tokul its not deep enough to float (maybe at the eddy for that). Scent is also the key, any shrimp scent will do. I prefer stalking the fish (spotting them first then tossing my line to piss them off enough to take it) Some polar glasses and a vest and youll look like a pro. Def the easiest place in King county to catch them imo

that is true, there are alot of hatchery fish in the creek. I have a reletive who lives not to far far from there and he fishes it sometimes, he seems to have decent luck fishing for rainbow trout with small streamer patterns, he says that he has caught some really big fish (like 20 inches) but i'm not sure i believe him. i've only fished it once before for trout and i didn't catch anything to interesting. only a few trout about 10 inches, but i did get one about 15.

The most recent thing I've heard is almost two weeks old. It was a report from another site about an "influx of hatchery fish." I guess they are stocking Tokul Creek up nicely rigth now.
