Harvest trout are in and biting . I've been using night crawlers and Power bait. Mostly in Castle Rock. Most average 10 inches but I have brought in a few 20 inchers.

I been hitting the Blue creek area quite a bit. It seems to be true about landing one of every four hooked. I seem to be doing alright when Mr. Jet boat goes home. Try fishing in the late afternoon and evening. I been hooking them on pink corkie with mostly pink yarn with a tad of orange yarn meshed in. Top it off with a little drop of shrimp juice. Use too much weight and not enough leader and give it a little tug when it bounces off bottom. For me it seems to tug back and then my reel starts screemin and I hear a big casplash. I can't seem to get many on the land though.... Good Luck, you'll need it!

Fished Blue creek on Wednesday Saw 3 or 4 caught out of boats. Nothing doing from the bank. What a frigging snagged up river this is.
