According to a pud fish study very few fish(trout) remain in spada lake. If you look around enough you will find pockets of scrappy 10-12" trout. Don't expect any enhancement plans. More fish brings in more people , garbage and increased maint. cost City of Everett and PUD cannot wait to close entire area.

9/1 - Went out on the lake for 5 hours. Fishing was VERY slow. Won't be back out for a while. I would try other local lakes instead
