im at the end of the creek, where it reaches the sound. the question is how far up do I have to go to find a legal fishing spot? what to use for trout? power bait live bait... thats all i know about trout. Is there Salmon to be caught in whatcom?

Good fishing here for 6-12 inch trout. Just keep folowing the creek down.
